As per new normal safety regulations in light of the COVID-19 updates in the country, your booking will be subject to screening before confirmation for payment. Kindly read the guidelines below to avoid any inconvenience.

  • Guests accommodation are for strictly 1-2 pax per room only. (Couples / Family members sharing the same household may be allowed in double / twin occupancy rooms.)
 
  • Secure the following documentary requirements for inter-province travel and email to site.solarenaresort@gmail.com with subject HEALTH SCREENING within 48 hours to avoid cancellation of your booking.
 
– Documents required by your LGU
– Travel Authority from the PNP / Reason for traveling
– COVID-19 Nasopharyngeal or Oropharyngeal swab test result showing Negative (Rapid Test Kit results will not be considered.)
 
Once completed, you will be contacted by our staff if you are cleared for deposit of payment to secure your booking.
UPON CHECK IN / WALK IN – DINE IN
*Only cleared guests during screening will be allowed in the premises
 
1. Health and safety standards will be followed upon entering the resort premises
a. Temperature Check
b. Sanitation Measures (proper use of face masks, alcohol & hand sanitizers)
c. Strict observance of Social Distancing
d. Mingling with others guests is Prohibited
 
2. Exercise proper respiratory (cough, sneezing) & hygiene etiquette at all times. Sanitation stations will be provided around the resort.
 
3. Cashless payments encouraged on all transactions. We accept all major credit cards & Bank Transfer.

4. The Solarena Seaside Resort Staff is currently limited. Contactless service for guests & belongings shall be provided. Resort staff will be assisting you upon arrival on the new normal resort procedure.

1. Exercise proper hygiene at all times for your own safety & the people around you.
2. Sanitation bins & kits provided for each room & guest.
3. If feeling feverish, colds or a sore throat, kindly inform reception and they shall assist you in connecting with the regional health unit for a standard procedure check up.

Upon completion of the health screening, deposit of FULL payment is required upon reservation of all Cottages and Cabanas. This is to minimize contact and avoid handling cash in the resort.
Please note that failure to deposit FULL advance payment within 48 hours will automatically cancel your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation notice is received 30-15 days prior to arrival date, 30% of purchase price will be charged. If cancellation notice is received 14-7 days prior to arrival date, 50% of total purchase will be charged. If notice is received 6-1 day(s) prior to arrival date, confirmed booking is non-refundable but re-bookable only. Payment refund is by Bank Transfer to the account of the guest. “No shows” for confirmed booking will not be refunded For corporate booking, cancellation can be confirmed with the resort reservations by the authorized representative of the group or person who made the reservation.

COVID-19 Test Results

We need a copy of your COVID-19 Nasal or Oral swab test results showing that you and your companion/s are Negative. No Rapid Test kits.

Travel Pass

A copy of your travel pass and reason for traveling are required before you will be able to book your stay with us. Kindly call our resort admin for assistance.

2 Adults only

We have limited the number of people to a maximum of two (2) adults per room to enforce social distancing protocols. Please contact our resort admin for assistance.
