As per new normal safety regulations in light of the COVID-19 updates in the country, your booking will be subject to screening before confirmation for payment. Kindly read the guidelines below to avoid any inconvenience.
- Guests accommodation are for strictly 1-2 pax per room only. (Couples / Family members sharing the same household may be allowed in double / twin occupancy rooms.)
- Secure the following documentary requirements for inter-province travel and email to email@example.com with subject HEALTH SCREENING within 48 hours to avoid cancellation of your booking.
Upon completion of the health screening, deposit of FULL payment is required upon reservation of all Cottages and Cabanas. This is to minimize contact and avoid handling cash in the resort.
Please note that failure to deposit FULL advance payment within 48 hours will automatically cancel your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation notice is received 30-15 days prior to arrival date, 30% of purchase price will be charged. If cancellation notice is received 14-7 days prior to arrival date, 50% of total purchase will be charged. If notice is received 6-1 day(s) prior to arrival date, confirmed booking is non-refundable but re-bookable only. Payment refund is by Bank Transfer to the account of the guest. “No shows” for confirmed booking will not be refunded For corporate booking, cancellation can be confirmed with the resort reservations by the authorized representative of the group or person who made the reservation.
