” Can I bring my pet to the resort? “

Yes, Solarena is a pet-friendly resort.

” Can I cook my own food? “

Only Balay and Placa Romana villas are allowed to cook. We have a restaurant, Casa Mana.

” Will my booking be cancelled without deposit? “

Yes, booking will be cancelled if deposit is not made in 48 hours. Please deposit at least 50% of the total price of your reservation to avoid cancellations and losing your reservation.

” Where do I deposit payment? “

Upon booking, there will be payment instructions shown below your booking details.

” Can I get a refund when I cancel my reservation? “

CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation notice is received 30-15 days prior to arrival date, 30% of purchase price will be charged. If cancellation notice is received 14-7 days prior to arrival date, 50% of total purchase will be charged. If notice is received 6-1 day(s) prior to arrival date, confirmed booking is non-refundable but re-bookable only. Payment refund is by Bank Transfer to the account of the guest. “No shows” for confirmed booking will not be refunded For corporate booking, cancellation can be confirmed with the resort reservations by the authorized representative of the group or person who made the reservation.

COVID-19 Test Results

We need a copy of your COVID-19 Nasal or Oral swab test results showing that you and your companion/s are Negative. No Rapid Test kits.

Travel Pass

A copy of your travel pass and reason for traveling are required before you will be able to book your stay with us. Kindly call our resort admin for assistance.

2 Adults only
